Insurance and fees:
My out of pocket fee is $130 per session. To make therapy more accessible, I accept several insurance plans. I also offer superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits, which many use to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company.

Sessions:
My office for in person sessions is located in the Sunnyside neighborhood of SE Portland, OR. I also offer video sessions. Sessions are 50-55 minutes long.
Cancellation policy:
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, there is a $100 fee. That said, if we can find another time to meet before your next scheduled session, I’m happy to waive the fee. My goal is to make this work for both of us while honoring the time set aside for you.
